Try using tinypic.com and when the word Browse appears click on it, then select your picture and after selecting, click on save and then on Upload Image. In about 40 seconds you will get a web site similar to this: http://i12.tinypic.com/234def9.jpg
You put your picture web site in the Optional Image URL without any symbols such as these [ ].
