It's interesting that you got the same HP on both fuels. You could probably run Jet A, but at the moment that certainly wouldn't be cheaper!
I'll have to ask the JD people what they do on oil dilution. The manual for our '46 "All Fuel" doesn't say a thing about it.
I remember someone talking about running "drip gas" in an engine. Apparently some kind of well head gas that could be collected and poured in. That's some pretty light crude to run straight! Even with the plug cleaning, I'd take a well that I could tap fuel from directly.
