Unless you have some sort of special liking for this tractor, or plan on making a puller out of it, it's gonna be easier to get a gas 450. By the time you get all the sheetmetal, brackets, fuel tank, fittings, carb, ect. If you just go get a 450 gas and sell the one you have it'll probably be cheaper. The LP head alone is worth 1000-1600, and the LP manifold another 150-400. If you do convert yours and plan on using it around the farm with the LP head on gas plan on buying premium, or possibly racing gas. I have a 450 gas converted to the LP head and it'll ping and diesel on shutdown unless I run 101 octane racing gas at the pull. It also has fire crater pistons. Jake
