I have a thesis paper to write in a history class that i am taking. The instructor of the class determines on what person the paper has to be on. Any way the area that I have is the industrial revolution in America. I am not pleased on the person that I got. So I told the professor why couldn’t I do Cyrus McCormick? After all he made one of the greatest inventions of all time, his reaper. I told the professor in all the 2 mins that I had that his invention was so great that the he was not grated a second term on his paten. The reason being that his invention was far to valuable to mankind, and it must be available for more mass production. Sooo I was told that if I could produce any journal or writings of the era that I could write my thesis on him. I know there are books on him, but i was wondering is there anyone that would know of a book or site that has period articles or journals on him?
