All you can do is try it all again. Get a fresh set of eyes to look at it for you, because you may be skipping over the real problem, thinking "Yeah, I already checked that," when you really didn't, or made a mistake.
Engines don't "not run" for no reason. If the fuel, fire, and air are all hitting at the right time with enough compression, it WILL run. Obviously one of those five factors is missing.
You said you've got air fuel and fire, so the only things left are compression and timing.
It's very easy to be timing against #1 TDC on the exhaust stroke instead of #1 TDC on the compression stroke.
