OK, for a '49 we can cover most of it. I'm assuming it has Touch-Control.
The front universal mounting frames and the rear rockshaft aren't actually part of the cultivator, but would have been red. The lower bar on each front mounting frame probably had a "McCormick-Deering" decal.
The cross bar and lift/pressure rods on the rear were red. The main tool bars, front and rear, and tool bar extensions were blue. If you have spring trip or friction trip standards, they were black. Standard clamps were black. Spring teeth, if any, were black. Plant shields were blue. Shovels and sweeps were unpainted, but varnished.
