If you've got a situation like Allan's picture, then it'll be missing on TWO cylinders...
Since you're only missing on one, I'd suspect a bad plug or bad plug wire first. Swap the #2 and #3 wires (on BOTH ends!!!!) first, and see if the miss follows the wire. If it does, get a new set of wires. If not, try swapping the plug. If the miss follows the plug, get new spark plugs.
If new plugs and new wires don't help, do a compression check. You may have burned/stuck valves on #2, or you may have hammered a hole right through the piston by not running enough octane... :(
