Thanks for your help we got it running we had everything timed and we cleaned the carb up and checked we head compression and we had spark and everything and it sould of ran but it never did and that was 3/4 of the day saturday tiring to figure it out so we gave up and then we went back to work on it sunday and reitmed everything again and cleaned the carb up again and it started up. don"t know why it didn"t start the night before cause we timed it the same way sunday and it started, thanks for your help. one of theses days I"ll put up a before and after pic up
