w464, there were at least 3 different transmission speeds for those models of tractors. By looking at the suffix letter on the chassis serial number plate by the transmission dip stick: Suffix A = Slow speed gear box, B = fast speed gear box, C = slow speed gear box with slow first gear. My brother has a 454,495 & 684 with fast gear box, 3032 with slow speed gear box. The 3032 is about 1 gear slower than the others. on 3032, 3rd low is equivalent to 2nd low on the others.
