As the rest mention check out the steering. I picked up a 350U with loader, IPTO, power steering, and TA last summer for $1700. Everything works well on it and I used it to bale up about 300 bales of hay end of last year for a test. it worked well and they are good tractors but if the steering is bad I wouldn't bother.
