Bought a '66 706 LP for $250. Engine runs great for a 40 year old tractor. The problem is I have no hydraulics. No steering, no brakes, no remotes. The 3-point raised when we cranked it, but it won't go back down or back up for that matter. If I change the oil and filter will that make a difference, or do I have bigger problems, stuck valve, pump, etc. Don't know much about these "newer" IHC tractors, so any info is appreciated.
