The IH 1000 loader is fairly uncommon, but they're not rare especially if you're willing to shell out some $$$. $2500 will buy you one any day of the week.
There's also Wagner, Twin Draulic and a couple other brands that I , but these are actually pretty rare.
Cubs aren't a great loader tractor. Hydraulics are slow and the tractor itself isn't designed for the stresses that the loader puts on it. No power steering means you need a pipe wrench to make a corner.
