There are many ways. With it off, and all fittings removed, and the hole plugged, Clean sand, and a couple of pieces of chain, or 5# of bolts put in it. then strap it with ratchet ties to the top of a concrete mixer and let it spin while the material works magic inside. Then clean it out, and coat the inside with gas tank sealer. Follow the directions carefully. JimN
