Honestly, if it doesn't run you aren't gonna get much more than scrap price for it from most buyers who know a thing or two. I'd say $500 TOPS depending on the condition of the tires and so on. If the motor is loose and rubber is good and I suspected that it is a minor fix I might pay more for one but it better be a pretty one.
