It depends on the type and intesity of the fire. The block could be cracked, head/block warped, intake warped and leaking, head cracked. If it was a hot fire and if got water on a hot cast iron block, you may have a boat anchor. That is why I will not mess with a piece that has been in a fire, too much potential structural damage. Jim
