Removed the the head from a stuck F-12. 7th push rod from the front was bent pretty well and the valve was definitely stuck. The pistons freed up with just a little pounding with a wood block and hammer. Cylinders and pistons cleaned up very nice and operate very smoothly. When I rotate the belt pulley by hand to move the pistons, can definitely feel something "rachety" but no sound. What are the most likely culprits? Would it be possible the camshaft and/or cankshaft got bent when the pushrod bent? And that now their respective gears bind and/or are a bit out of alignment?
