A 45" W-4 would use the Delco 1101355 generator with the cut-out unit on top. This unit would use same mounts as an "H". The light switch would use the resistance unit built in.This switch has 4 positions(Clockwise)L(low charge)H (high charge)D (dim lights) H (bright lights),with the headlight fuse (SFE20) on the back of switch, with two resistance units, one for charging, one for lights. All but the housing for ammeter and light/charging switch are "H" parts.
