Depends on what you need it for. If you"re going to the field, it"s not the tractor for you, not with $3 gas. Figure 6 gallons per hour under a heavy load. If it"s just going to be a yard tractor or a backup for a diesel in very cold weather, then yes. They"re exellent starters.
