The procedure is in your operator's manual. With the cap off, run the engine at a "moderate idle speed" and move the levers back and forth 10 or 12 times thorough their full range of travel. Put the control levers in the rear position and stop the engine. Add oil to bottom of filler opening. This is for a C without fast hitch, doubt if the the procedure changes with the added lever for the fast hitch.
