The final drives have their own fill plugs and only one in each.
Look under your tractor on the inside of the final drives in the location where your drawbar and other implements have attaching points and you will see a plug in between the forward most threaded hole and the next after it. Remove the plug and fill till it runs out. Only other thing I have seen is where someone over torqued one of the implement bolts to where the casting in the rear of the threaded hole broke out and essentially made another fill hole. I dont think there are any 1/4" holes anywhere back there.
