Fertilizer costs have caused people to look elswheres for fertilizer. My brother priced chicken litter for $25 ton spread. I have been bagging #50 plastic feed bags of goat manure and selling at the gate for $5.It's full of earthworms and my new customers from the city love it. I got a call to take 24 bags to customer in Wash DC and they pay trip charge. This is pretty good we been taking manure from DC and now I get to sell some back to them. The serious gardners are staying away from fertilizer.
