I've had it for about a month, just started working on it. The guy I bought it from says it was running when he parked it about 4 years ago, but it's been outside under tarps. Said it smoked and he had planned to put new rings in it (he's a professional mechanic and known tractor restorer in the area). He bought two H's at the same time and rebuilt the other one, just never got around to this one.
