The IH live hydraulic pumps are the same for the Super H, 300, and 350 gas. You can still get these new from various sources.
"Maybe" the pump would fit depending on how old your H is. Some time in 1950, the front engine cover and the timing gears were changed to fit the IH live hydraulic pump. The vast majority of Hs were built before 1950, though, so it's not likely yours is new enough. The front engine cover and timing gears would have to be swapped out from ones out of a 1951 (just to be safe) or newer H in order to fit the IH pump.
"Sort of" because M&W manufactured a live pump that fit stock Hs. These can be found used, but generally worn out and unrepairable due to lack of parts availability.
Neither option is cheap. The M&W pumps fetch a pretty penny when they come around on Ebay even though you're likely throwing your money away. IH pumps run $600 or so, and used ones fetch at least half that, but I wouldn't recommend buying a used one due to the risk of ending up with a bad one. Would you rather spend $600 and have a new warranteed pump, or $350, get a bad pump (which can't be rebuilt) and then have to spend another $600 to complete the project?

The General GG was made by the Cleveland Tractor Company (Cletrac) of Cleveland, Ohio. Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
