I am very glad the pressure is good. It does vary with speed. You will find that the Farmall will make modest misfires during operation. Most of this is due to the fact that you are not using it as designed. It is supposed to be operating near full throttle, and near full load. (happy moments in fact, but not very common in a suburban setting). Towing 25 cars chained together up a modest hill is about right, but neighbors dissapprove of it. JimN
