Sure. But, that aftermarket dealer hasn't had his money tied up with carrying them in stock for 55 years either. He jumped on the bandwagon just when the volume started to pick back up - 50 years later, when the restoration hobby is building up momentum. So, what do we do? We "thank" the manufacturer and dealer by kicking them in the teeth and buying from a "johnny-come-lately" aftermarket manufacturer/dealer. We don't mean to, but we react to price without regard to what the oem guy went through to have them available at all times over the years. I know - I do the same thing. But, even if you don't buy from CNH, don't automatically bash them for the cost of carrying parts they probably should have dropped long ago...... mike
