Hi Cutter, chech the simple things first like: 1)Level of Hytran fluid, if loader can over fill by 5 gals. 2)Hydraulic leaks. 3)Clean hydraulic filter. 4) Contanmination of Hytran fluid with other oils from remote hydraulic implements. This can cause foaming and air bubbles in the hydraulic system. 5)Never pump the brakes if the engine is not running.
The problem with these brakes is that the hydraulic feed is a dead end circuit fed by the return line from the oil cooler in front of the rad, so any leakage in the lines or seals causes air bubbles.
