first check to see if you have good spark, check the cap for moisture. if the spark is good, drain some of the gas out of the carb into a glass jar and take a good look at it. see if it seperates and has water on the bottom. if so, bad gas, if not, and the carb doesnt drip when the engine is off and fuel on, float should be ok. try and give the motor a shot of starting fluid and see if it starts. if it does, drop the carb bowl and clean it out. could be some dirt in the load jet or any of the lil passageways.
