the underpower could be any number of things. run a compression check see what you get. all cylinders should read within 10 % of each other. compression will vary depending on head and pistons, but anywhere from 125-175 psi. if thats good, could either be carb related or distributor/mag timing needs set. spark advance could be sticking too. front end wobble is caused by lot of things too, bent rim, worn steering gears, worn bolster bushings, worn steering u-joints too.
