did you CHECK the FLOAT to make sure it is GOOD ? it could have a pin hole in it makeing it heavy causing the needle not to seat.if you dont have a float level guage turn the body upside down and just eye up the float it should be sitting fairly level on the seat.theres other ways to check the fuel level,but im not going there yet.once you have it together set the main needle valve,(btm.)to 21/2 turns out. set idle adjust to 3/4 turn out.they start and run pretty dam good here.can fine tune later.the gov. shaft and butterfly work freely lined up in its slot. depends where your trottle is positioned, tells where the butterfly is sitting.tell us if you have good spark, so were not barking up the wrong tree.
