The flip up cap is for lube oil, the same as you use in the engine crankcase. The petcock on the side of the pump is the oil level. Lower plug is to drain the old oil when you change the oil. Nothing to bleed on the injection pump. You bleed at the filters and then by running in gas mode and advancing the diesel speed control lever and hope for white smoke which will indicate diesel is getting to the injectors. If injector lines have been drained due to overhaul, etc, then you may have to loosen connections at the injectors while running in gas mode to get all the air out.
