Sam: Yes it is possible to install a remote controle valve. There was a factory controll valve as an option back when these tractors were in production. I expect it is a hard item to find, so few of the offset tractors were ever equiped with a remote valve. That factory remote if you can find one is a neat package, as it bolts directly to side of touch control unit, then modified pipe from pump attach to the valve. If you want to look at one, all SC and 200 with fast hitch have the same valve. In fact that would be best source for a factory valve.
There is another possibility, Saginaw County Tractor manufacture a junction block that fits between touch control unit and pipes coming from pump. It has a port for attaching a remote. You can also tap into those plugs on the back side of pipes where they attach at touch control unit.
