Locate the two bolts at the TOP of the flywheel housing, under the gas tank, whose heads face the back. Before you take anything else apart, make sure you can loosen them and they are not rusted in place. These are the LAST two bolts you will take out once the engine is supported on a cherry picker. Once you have confirmed that they will come out easily, tighten them back down in place. Disconnect the clutch output shaft from the transmission and then block the tractor in the middle under the clutch. Remove the bolster and side rails. After you do this, then hook the engine with the cherry picker, put tension on it, and then remove the two aforementioned bolts at the top of the flywheel housing and the engine should slide forward and out. Reverse to reassemble. Of course this is just the big things, and assumes you have already disconnected wiring, fuel lines, etc.
