Likely you have failed brake piston seals in the left brake, or a load of air in that side if you are lucky. The right brake works OK by itself, but pushing both pedals opens the equalizing valve (between the master cylinders) and all the oil from both the left and right side takes the path of least resistance. Meaning it is trying to compress the air, or simply is bypassing a piston seal and flowing back to the rear frame. Try bleeding the left brake following the proper procedure. If that doesn't cure it, the left rear axle will have to come off to swap out the piston seals.
