Hey guys,
This is my first post here. Today I became the proud new owner of a 1951 H. It appears as though it's been partially converted to 12V, so for my budget's sake, I'm going to put an alternator on it and finish wiring it up.
My question is this: will a 10SI alternator fit under the hood without having to cut the sheet metal? Also, what length of a Napa V-belt will I need?
Hopefully if a 10SI won't fit right, you all can recommend another delco 3 wire model that will, since I have access to Delco parts pretty cheaply!!
