That's one of the 42" decks. It could be an IH, Woods, Danco, Brush Hog, or one of several other brands.
An inch lower on one side???? The problem should be obvious just looking at the tractor from the front if the cut is that lop-sided.
Park it on a level surface, walk out ahead of it, get down on your belly, and sight across the front of the deck. An inch is a HUGE tilt, so you should be able to see it.
Mine was out of level just enough that you weren't quite sure if it was cutting even or not, but you could almost see those annoying streaks in the grass. Just the slight amount of wiggle in the mounts was enough to level the deck out.
