First notice on your deck (if it is a L59) you have 4 places on the front of it for chains. On the first set of tabs I would loop a chain from one side to the other and add a spring from about mid-ways of the chain to one of the bolts on the "torque tube" or whatver you call it. The chain from your rockshaft arm should be just long enough to reach the second set of loops. I would try to make the second chain do a y if I could, by adding a link. So basically when you are done you will have a chainfromt he rockshaft arm straight to the second set of loops. That should make you deck fairly stabile.
