Keith: Your right Super A is the manifold with longer neck to the carb. Another difference you'll notice is distance between intake and exhaust portions of manifold. Super A is very short between the two. 130 and 140 have a rounded globe between intake and exhaust. Another difference is top of manifold in relation to top of head, about same on SA, whereas 130 and 140 top of manifold is below top of head by about 1". And yes, the 130 and 140 are one piece where bolted to head wheras SA is as you describe for the one you bought.
The larger intake will move more air, thus the reason for it on C-123 engines. I know this from the days when I had a rain cap SA would only blow it open 75% at full throttle, while 130 would hold it open full even at half throttle. Now a days the 130 and 140 blow the soup can much higher than the Super A, I know, I looked up once to see where the can went, only to have it hit me on the nose. There definitely is more air volume going through the C-123 system. How much that will affect your tractors power, not sure. While I say all of this, my SA is still C-113 and will give both 130 and 140 a hard run on a drawbar pull.
