There is noting wrong with the hyd's on a 806 if the pumps are in good shape . If she is stock then they should flow 12 gph at rated pto speed and 1750 lbs pressure , yes you can install a 17 gph pump and yes you can install a 2350 relief . There are three pumps in a 806 one for the pto one for the main hitch a remotes and one for the MCV that controls steering T/A brakes and lube to the oil cooler and to the rearend . There is nothing on a 806 that can not be fixed with money time and love.
