Years ago that was a common problem. John Deere had studs that were oversized on one end. I put them in as deep as they would go and put the bracket on with nuts. Then if you look on each side of that casting, there are 2 tapped holes on each side. I fabricated some heavy strap irons to bolt on the sides and welded them to the bracket. After repairing them this way, they never came loose again.
