I had a M&W live power on my '49 M. It had good and bad points. It was nice when picking corn and mowing with a sickle bar, great (if unsafe) for hooking up equipment, but too grabby when baling. It also tends to grind gears if you try to use it to shift, but then it wasn't intended to be used that way. It was also nice with my old New Idea/Horn loader to keep the hyd. pump going.
