Joe that is a fairly easy fix. Remove the coupler.
Put it in gear.
Use a pipe wrench or offset plyers and unscrew the tranny countershaft nut as the book calls it.
Unbolt the 3 bolted oil seal retainer base.
Place it in a vise face down and knock out the old seal.
Stick in the new seal and also recommend you replace the base gasket while your at it.
Put her back together.
