It is possible but not very likely that you have enough oil pressure to blow the head gasket. While the psi could be very high, the passage is very small, i.e. there is not much force there.
Chances are that there is a defect in the head, the block, the gasket, or sorry to say, the installation, that is causing the gasket to fail.
The last major repair was the head gasket, so that is the first place to look. It won't hurt to have a look at the oil pump, check the pressure relief spring (they get tired usually), clean up the end plate, replace the gasket, etc., but it sounds like the head gasket failed twice in six months. Something is not right higher up in the motor.
