I have a Case IH 900 cyclo planter that I hope you can help me with. When I got it out of the shed last weekend only one marker would go down most of the time and it would be really slow about going back up to the upright position. When I mean slow it probably took a minute holding the hydraulic lever. In years past at times one marker would be hard to get started working, but once it did would work fine the rest of the time. Do you think that the little control value underneath the seed hopper needs to be replaced? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks.
