Andy, I agree with guy. The electric start was not an option from IHC on the F-20 (It may have been an option from a dealer who would install the after market starter kit.) You do not see any IHC markings on the flywheel housing of an electric start housing. Other IHC tractors of that era did offer an electric start from IHC but not the F-20.
