I"ve got a "IH 4 Cylinder Carbureted Engines Service Manual" that lists all of the 4 bangers IH put out from the 60ci to the 335ci.and according to Hoyle..a 113 is a 113.And the only difference between that and a 123 is sleeve/Piston size.Please enlighten???
