suprise piston update

like i explained before when I pulled the head on my 51 M i found 4 and one eighth inch bore which is correct after I remeasured upon following advice from my previous post {thank you} The pistons are domed with a part # GE.300 on one side and conformatic printed on the other side. When i pulled the head off i found a crack and #3 cyl was clean from burning coolant. My question is does any one know anything about these pistons and is it prone to run hot from the compression increase. Iwould hate to crack another head, any help would be apreciated thanks. CJ
