I posted this answer earlier today in response to your earlier post. You have stripped countershaft constant mesh gear or the gear and shaft above it sometimes called the clutch gear. The damage will be evident when you take off the rear frame cover. I do not have a W-4 parts book but I am certain that the corresponding H parts will fit and you shouldn't have any problems getting the parts. The best part about that W-4 should be the price of the tractor.
