Make sure that the manifold bolts are tight. Make sure that the carburetor to manifold bolts are tight. Also make sure that the carburetor is clean and properly adjusted and be sure that there is a good clean flow of gasoline to the carburetor. Make sure that there is a good blue spark at all the spark plugs and be sure that the wires are in good condition. If you do not have copper core plug wires, get them, they make a big difference.
