that horsepower requirement will put you in the 1960s and newer to choose from, so you will almost 90% be guaranteed live pto and live hydraulics; adequate and easily upgraded hydraulics; standardized 3pt hitch or the ability to easily add one; overall nice, modern tractors. Basically with IH the 706 type and larger and newer. for that large of HP diesel is most economical, although for light use a gasser would be ok, but would have to be done right (search for tractor vet's posts on the c263, c291, c301 engines). however, not until the 80s will you find 4wd/front wheel assist commonly on the row crop/ag models. There are also some good IH utility models that would probably suit your needs as well, from what i've read the hydraulics are decent and easily can have power beyond added. They also have front assist available. The case-ih models of utilities were basically IH repainted so that gives you some newer tractors to choose from that will still be true IH.
so many details.... just ask for specifics as time goes on, someone will help.
i will say that if you are unfamiliar with tractors, a 2 wheel drive will do amazing feats compared to an auto/4x4truck, so you may not even need front assist.
also, if you want a loader tractor be sure to ask for advice choosing a model, as some have weak fronts, weak steering, or will be worn out if you buy and existing loader tractor combo, other misc issues...some say front assist helps alot on the utilities when using a loader. as i said, so many details!!
