I am going to be back in my home town in a few weeks so I contacted the local dealer who sold my Farmall 460 to my grandfather. It is mostly just my curiosity for the history of the tractor. They were estatic to find out and told me they have all the old records in the attic and I can pull what I find as relivent. I know for a fact that he had all the maint. done there.
My question is with cars & aircraft, it seems that if you have these documents it has a greater value. You don't hear too much about it when it comes to tractors. Why is this? And despite my curiosity, is there any value to having this documentation?
